"nice" means
漂亮的 [piao4 liang4 de]
好的 [hao3 de]
棒的 [bang4 de]

for ex.
- it's a nice skirt. 一件漂亮的裙子
- it's a nice idea. 一个好的主意
- it's very nice. 真棒 or 真漂亮

BTW, in China a company is also named NICE, which means "纳爱斯" in Chinese.
